I may be considered an out-of-network provider for health insurance that includes out-of-network benefits and can provide a super-bill to you for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance. Each agency has guidelines for reimbursements. Please contact your employer or insurance for guidance if you will be using insurance or wish to use your HSA account.
